RING MAIN UNIT (RMU) CHINT MODEL NG7
 
RMU (Ring Main Unit) is an important medium voltage switching device in modern power systems. The device includes many components such as: Load break switch, circuit breaker, fuse, lightning arrester, current transformer, protection relay and other auxiliary devices.
 
With the strong development trend of renewable energy sources such as solar power/ photovoltaics (PV), battery energy storage system (BESS) and wind power, the requirements for grid connection reliability and performance are becoming more and more stringent. In this system, RMU plays a central role, allowing flexible switching close/open, isolating and protecting the current thanks to the optimal switching configuration.
   
Optimally designed to perform the functions of connection, distribution, measurement and protection for medium voltage grids. RMU NG7 is widely used in switching stations, industrial works as well as power stations.

 Manufactured and tested according to IEC 62271-200 standard meeting the technical requirements of VIETNAM ELECTRICITY (EVN)
 Diverse rated voltage: 12kV, 24kV, 40.5kV - suitable for many operating requirements of medium voltage grid
 Flexible configuration, meeting diverse distribution system design needs (model CF, CCV, CCCV, VCCCC, ...)
 Partial discharge (PD) level is only 60pC - significantly lower than the IEC standard limit of 100pC
 Outstanding salt corrosion resistance with Zn-Ni alloy structure, IP67 stainless steel gas tank shell, IP54 outer shell and IP4X control chamber covered with high-grade paint
 Compact size, optimizing installation space
